The services provided by The Mayflower Surgery, (located at Durrington Health Centre, Durrington Lane, Durrington, Worthing, West Sussex BN13 2RX, Telephone 01903 843810) in accordance with the Standard General Medical Services Contract, are commissioned by West Sussex Primary Care Trust (PCT) who are situated at 1 The Causeway, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing, BN12 6BT, Tel: 01903 708400. The Mayflower Surgery is a teaching practice. The PCT can provide full details of all the primary medical services that can be obtained in the area – enquiries should be directed to the PCT on the above number.
Disabled Access and Patients Who May Require Assistance
There is wheelchair access to the building and the majority of consulting rooms. There is also a designated toilet for the disabled and designated car parking. Please let the Receptionist know when you book your appointment if you have any concerns about accessing the building or if you will require assistance.
Every attempt will be made to provide assistance to patients who are visually impaired and the hard of hearing. Please let the Receptionist know when you book your appointment if you require assistance in this regard.
