Complaints and Comments

Our aim is to give you the best care we can and to help us achieve this we welcome any constructive comments and suggestions you may have about the services we offer at The Mayflower Surgery. Similarly, we realise that sometimes things may not go according to plan. If this is the case we would like to know so that we can take the necessary steps to put things right.

We treat every complaint seriously and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of all concerned.

Please note that all complaints are treated in confidence and making a complaint will not affect your current or future care and treatment.

If you wish to comment on our services or make a complaint please contact the Practice Manager.

Our leaflet “How to Comment on the Services we Provide” sets out the formal process for making a complaint and who to contact in the event of you not being satisfied with the Surgery’s response to your concerns. Please ask at Reception for a copy.

From time to time we ask our patients to participate in confidential patient satisfaction surveys as a way of finding out what you think of our services. We do value the comments that patients make in this way and where possible take appropriate action to address issues raised.
