The purpose of the DES is to improve the involvement of patients in decisions about the quality of services provided by the practice. It aims to encourage and reward practices for routinely asking for and acting upon patient feeback. The Mayflower Surgery has been successful in setting up it's own Patient Group and as a result this group designed, printed and compiled our first Patient "administered" Questionnaire last Oct 2011. The results of this questionnaire is now downloadable for review. Please refer to the PPGroup Questionnaire Results Nov 2011 news report below.

Following on from the return of the PPG administered questionnaires conducted between the 4th October and 18th November 2011, please click on the pdf image on the right for a downloadable copy of the results.
Hardcopies can be obtained from the surgery upon request.
Total number of replies 240
A big thank you to all those who took the time to complete the questionnaire and for the members of the Patient Group who organised, printed and compiled the results.
