Out of Hours

An out of hours service is available ONLY for urgent problems which cannot wait until the surgery is next open (e.g. strokes, chest pain).

Out of hours cover is provided by Harmoni - an independent company whose service is commissioned by West Sussex Primary Care Trust.

This cover is used whenever the surgery is closed. You can contact them by ringing 0300 130 1313. This number is also quoted on the Surgery’s out of hours recorded telephone message and when ringing the main surgery number (01903 843810) out of hours you will be given the option of directly accessing Harmoni by pressing 1 on your touch tone telephone.

When calling Harmoni, you will be asked for your personal details and the reason for calling. This information will be passed on to the doctor on call who will then contact you. All information you give will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
